After delivering in Belgium and France, we also manufactured two adjustable EBS conveyor belts for the Polish branch of this production company in the synthetic packaging industry.
The belts connect an injection moulding machine with a packer or operator, working as a buffer so that one operator can operate several machines at the same time. The products emerge from the machine onto the conveyor, always sliding further until they reach the operator. They can also be transported to the operator in an accelerated procedure.
Both ends of the conveyor can be adjusted in height. The end at the machine for technical reasons (adjustability of the machine in function of the height of the product), the end at the operator to optimise ergonomics.
