For our client in Roeselare, a builder of washing installations, it is crucial that products are transported into the washing system with as little dirt and residue as possible. To address this issue, a conveyor was needed to rotate the crates 180°. Our engineers designed a customized solution, providing an efficient system without manual labor. The boxes and crates are fed through an open link mat, after which a wedge conveyor takes over, tilting the products 360° to allow any remaining debris to fall out of the packaging before they enter the washing installation. It’s a simple and effective system tailored to our client’s needs.
