TCK Sports Group, a major importer in the sports and outdoor industry in the Benelux, recently moved to a new distribution center in Kerkrade, which is three times larger than the previous one. With 9,000 square metres of warehouse space and 1,750 square metres of office space, they can deliver more products directly from stock, such as hiking boots.

Due to the growing number of orders, we helped optimize the picking process and minimize walking distances. Our system is divided into two levels: the upper level for order fulfillment and the lower level for returning empty crates. We installed fire doors between the in case of emergency.

The distribution center has five halls: halls 1, 2, and 3 each have two picking stations, hall 4 has six, and hall 5 is where all goods are sorted for e-commerce delivery.
