A client in the food industry was looking for a solution to transport meat in trays to a sealing machine. Easy Systems provided a solution to significantly improve the product flow.

We designed 3 open conveyor belt lines to transport the product from production to the packaging machine in the most flexible way possible. Everything is made of stainless steel, considering the hygienic requirements of the food industry. Just above the automatic feed lines, we installed 2 conveyors where the meat trays are manually placed, after which they slide onto the conveyor mats. In the next phase, the sliding plate will be replaced by rollers.
