We delivered a complete solution, with integrator Equinox responsible for the software, for the transshipment warehouse of Nippon Express. The heart of this project is the roller conveyor auto sorter, which processes over 2,000 packages per hour. The boxes travel a 525-metre path on transport conveyors, starting with the telescopic transport systems and ending at the sorting machine with 38 chutes. The entire sorting system consists of 420 metres of gravity roller conveyors, 220 metres of motorized roller conveyors, 42 metres of flat conveyors, and 20 diverters.

This installation significantly increases the efficiency and accuracy of the sorting process, resulting in shorter delivery times. The modular system can be easily adjusted to accommodate various sorting needs.
