We are proud to share one of our latest achievements. H.Essers, a renowned Belgian international 3PL company specializing in warehousing and transport, entrusted us with developing semi-automated transfer lines (pallet conveyors with turntables) for pharmaceutical transport. This solution is designed to enhance the efficiency of their logistics processes.

Four dedicated transfer lines, specifically designed for transporting temperature-controlled boxes containing pharmaceuticals, stored with gel packs to ensure product preservation.
Flexibility and precision: the conveyor system can handle three different box sizes. Boxes are placed on the line with their longest side via a forklift, then rotated 90° using a turntable and perfectly aligned in the center.
An ergonomic working environment: once the box reaches the platform, operators add gel packs and perform weight checks. Thanks to the centralized positioning of the box at the start of the line, the operator benefits from enhanced ergonomic comfort. After approval, the cooled boxes are transported to the final position, ready for pickup by a forklift.
Safety standards: the lines are equipped with mesh guards and light curtains, which automatically stop the transfer lines upon detecting human movement, ensuring maximum personnel safety. Applied safety standards: EN 619: 2022, EN ISO 13849-1: 2023, EN IEC 60204-1: 2018.
