we provided a solution to transport pallets as quickly as possible for a renowned logistics service provider specializing in packaging and warehouse supplies. It is common to transport large pallets in the packaging industry. In this case, the customer needed a solution for goods measuring up to 1.40×1.40 metres.

In collaboration with an industrial automation company, Easy Systems offered the solution to this logistics problem. Each conveyor project is unique, so we also customize solutions if needed.

Easy Systems delivered a pallet buffer conveyor with 2 integrated turntables. These ensure that the pallets rotate correctly for scanning and picking. An operator on the ground floor can see where to place or pick pallets using a red or green light indicator. This system ensures an optimal work environment where operators do not interfere with each other.

The complete package consists of a shorter and a longer conveyor, each equipped with a turntable. Both roller conveyors can handle pallets for both input and output. Depending on the company’s needs, these configurations can be easily adjusted.

Our installation optimized the work floor immediately and considered plans for the future. Given the rapid growth of the logistics service provider, expansion may be necessary. Our system is designed to accommodate this future growth.
